A school in Portland, Maine, will soon host an "Edible Book Festival" where students, teachers and others will portray their favorite works of literature with food. Entries will take different shapes, ranging from dishes designed to illustrate puns on famous book titles to cakes shaped like actual books.

The annual ScreenCraft Horror Screenplay Contest has revealed the jury for their 5th year and every upcoming writer is probably going to leap at the opportunity to present their work to these folk! First up you've got Scott Henderson, who is the agent at Paradigm Talent Agency that represents James Wan and Leigh Whannell. Next up is Ryan Turek, VP of Development at Blumhouse Productions.

We're just about a month and a half away from the release of James Gunn 's hugely anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and it turns out that there's at least one cast member that was never announced! Gunn revealed today on The Adam Corolla Show that Michael Rosenbaum has a mystery role in the sequel and that his character is in some way connected to the mystery role that Sylvester Stallone has long said to be playing.

A year later, writer James Gunn would make his feature debut behind the camera with the underseen and wonderful creature feature "Slither ". Regardless of whether you do or do not know these two, the fact that they worked together on the new horror "The Belko Experiment" meant one thing to me: hoo-effing-ray! There's the ripe premise: office workers hear over a loud speaker that they have a few minutes to kill two people or the unseen speaker will kill 4. Things escalate.
