This Year’s Paranormal Activity? The Last Exorcism Review

The Last Exorcism won’t open until August 27, but I was lucky enough to see the world premiere at the LA Film Festival last week. Stylistically, it conjures memories of two of the biggest surprise hits in cinematic history — The Blair Witch Project and Paranormal Activity — and I think that it has the stuff to fall in line with those and become one of the sleeper hits of the summer.
