It will probably get about one percent of the press of The Woman in Black, but for my money, the low-budget film The Pact — which gets a limited theatrical run starting Friday, July 6 and is currently available on demand on IFC Midnight cable VOD and digital outlets (SundanceNOW, iTunes, Amazon Streaming, XBOX Zune, Playstation Unlimited) — is a scarier, better executed ghost story with a more intriguing mystery.
