Suspiria Remake Finds Star, Supporting Cast

After years of sputtering along in the very early stages of development, the remake of Dario Argento’s 1977 Italian classic Suspiria is moving ahead at a fast and furious pace. With filming set to begin in September, the David Gordon Green-directed movie has found its star, Isabelle Fuhrman (Orphan), who will play Suzy, an American college student attending a prestigious European university who discovers that the school hides a deadly secret. (It’s not clear yet if the remake will retain the original ballet theme.)
