Peter Weller Joins Dexter

And the cast for Season 5 of Dexter continues to build. On the heels of Julia Stiles and Jonny Lee Miller joining the Showtime series this fall, Deadline is reporting that Peter “Robocop” Weller has signed on for eight episodes, playing “a troubled Miami Metro police officer who gets caught up in an internal affairs investigation.” We’ll see how that ties in with good ol’ Dex when Dexter premieres on September 26.
