B-movie filmmaker Charles Band and killer dolls go hand in hand like Matthew McConaughey and shirtlessness. Ooga Booga, his latest endeavor, purports to channel Django Unchained, but despite its multicultural veneer, it’s just like he rest of his low-brow, pint-sized creations.
