Recognizable names abound in The Barrens, the latest effort from director Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw II through IV, Mother’s Day, 11-11-11) starring Stephen Moyer, Mia Kirshner, Erik Knudsen and Shawn Ashmore. It’s part The Shining, part monster movie centered around the legend of the Jersey Devil, but neither of those parts makes it a whole movie. Read about it in my review of The Barrens.
