Johnny Depp was "not drunk" at the premiere of Murder On The Orient Express , despite recent reports, E! News has learned. The British newspaper The Sun reported that the actor "allegedly reeked of booze" at the event, which took place on Thursday, and that his bodyguard Jerry Judge had to "practically hold him up" on the red carpet.

Look below to see Taymore celebrate with friends and colleagues including the cast of The Lion King, M. Butterfly, and more! In 1998, Taymor became the first woman to win the Tony Award for Best Direction of a Musical, and also won a Tony for Best Costumes, for her landmark production of The Lion King.

Jason Goes to Hell director Adam Marcus just provided an interesting answer that ties the franchise into the Evil Dead series. Whether or not you want to take this as canonical is up to you! In 1993, Jason Goes to Hell attempted to bump-off everyone's favorite goalie-masked murder in what was purported to be the final Friday the 13th film.

Perhaps apropos of nothing - which is what I say when I'm about to discuss something of little or no importance - I notice that a new version of "Murder on the Orient Express" will be issued to theaters next weekend. Directed by and starring Kenneth Branagh as Agatha Christie's iconic Belgian detective Hercule Poirot, this production promises a "stylish and suspenseful" viewing experience, as proclaimed by its promotional material, and it no doubt will be all it sets out to do.

Director Joe Johnston attended Comic Con Paris the last few days and gave an update on The Silver Chair , the adaptation of C.S. Lewis' fourth book in the Chronicles of Narnia series. The filmmaker, behind such movies as The Rocketeer , Jumanji , Jurassic Park III , and Captain America: The First Avenger , told attendees that the plan is for The Silver Chair to be his last film as a director.

After all, in a cast boasting the likes of Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Cate Blanchett, Jeff Goldblum, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins and Idris Elba, you'd be hard-pressed not to spot a star or two - and that's not even mentioning the much-trailed cameo for Benedict Cumberbatch's sorcerer superhero Doctor Strange . But when they actually sit down to watch the new movie, they might be surprised to see some OTHER well-known faces hidden among the cast, appearing early in the movie for a hilarious scene involving Hiddleston's Loki and Hemsworth's Thor.
