Chances are when you see an Amber Alert on the highway, your attention perks up for a minute or two with the thought that you might see the suspect car, knowing good and well it will never happen, but what if you actually did spot it? What if it was just a few yards in front of you? That’s the intriguing concept behind Amber Alert, the latest in the now-ubiquitous “found footage” style of film.
