Dead Snow Director Pegs Two Rising Stars for Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters

Out-of-the-box Norwegian filmmaker Tommy Wirkola, who last brought us the Nazi zombie flick Dead Snow, is preparing to start production on another oddball project: Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters. The continued story of the renowned fairy tale characters who almost fell prey to a cannibalistic witch, the script takes place 15 years after their adventure, with the brother and sister teaming up to become full-time witch hunters (as if that’s not evident from the title).
