Cuban Zombies? It’s the Juan of the Dead Trailer!

Cuba might not be the first place (or second or third or fourth) you think of when you think of a zombie movie, but a new flick is out to change that. Juan of the Dead (a play on Shaun of the Dead, itself a play on Dawn of the Dead) is an upcoming zombie comedy (“zom com”) coming straight out of Havana, and as the first full trailer reveals, it’s no shoestring budget production. With a cost of over $2 million, it’s actually a blockbuster-sized project by Cuban standards.
