Call Me Crazy: Asylum Blackout Movie Review

Asylum Blackout (previously known as The Incident) is a little English-language film from France/Belgium that’s flown under the radar, but it’s got oodles of talent behind it — including star Rupert Evans (Hellboy), director Alexandre Courtès (who’s helmed music videos for U2, The White Stripes and more), producers Roy Lee and Doug Davison (The Ring, The Grudge, The Strangers) and writer S. Craig Zahler (who has had a script top the esteemed Black List and has another with Michael Mann attached to direct). As such, it shouldn’t be surprising that this movie about, well, a blackout in an asylum, has a lot of great stuff going for it. Read about it in my review of Asylum Blackout, which opens today in limited release and is also available on IFC on Demand and through the following digital outlets: SundanceNOW, iTunes, Amazon Streaming, XBOX Zune and Playstation Unlimited.
