It hasn’t gotten the publicity that The Human Centipede received earlier this year, but Victim, another IFC release, features a similarly unhinged mad scientist type conducting a torturous experiment that is arguably every bit as twisted in concept as the infamous anatomical eccentricities of Centipede.
