The ominous looking duplicate of the iconic house from the 1960 Hitchcock classic film Psycho has been on a small slope overlooking 272 Street near the Langley waste transfer station for the last five years. The house, and the yellow motel below it, were built for the A&E Television series "Bates Motel" that tells the story of Norman Bates and his mother leading up to the events of the film, which featured the famous murder-in-the-shower scene with Janet Leigh.

Christina Ricci cast herself as a romantic lead in 'Z: The Beginning of Everything' because it wouldn't have happened otherwise. The 36-year-old actress - who stars as Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald in the new period drama on Amazon - has revealed she created the part for herself in the TV show because she doesn't typically "fall into that category".

Bernie Wrightson, the co-creator of DC Entertainment's Swamp Thing and collaborator with Stephen King on a number of projects, has been forced to retire at age 68 due to poor health. The announcement was made by Wrightson's wife Liz on Wrightson's Facebook page Monday morning.
