The King of Horror, Stephen King -who has a knack of making ordinary items frightening and has a haunting literary empire - turned 68 Monday. King began writing about the scary and supernatural at an early age, selling stories to his friends in school.

The 33-year-old actress, who has five-month-old son Silas Randall Timberlake with husband Justin Timberlake, admits she was worried about "how hard" it would be conceive her first child when she first decided to stop taking her birth control two years ago. The 'Total Recall' actress said: "[I thought] Now what happens? I've been on the pill for so long; how hard will it be to get pregnant? The brunette beauty has now launched a new online video series with activist Saundra Pelletier, who is also the founder of the non-profit health care organisation WomanCare Global, to "share girl stories, fears, and insecurities" about taboo subjects including puberty and contraception.

The legendary comedian, who passed away last year after an operation went wrong, featured in the In Memorium segment that honours the talented individuals of the television industry who died within the last year. It comes after the Oscars was heavily criticised for leaving Joan out of their segment, despite her contribution to film and to the red carpet and awards shows in general, which she was widely credited of putting it on the map.

Fred Armisen, the co-star, co-writer, and co-creator of "Portlandia," attended the 2015 Emmys, as the filmed-in-Portland comedy was nominated in the best variety sketch series category.

After four years of box-office disappointments, Johnny Depp finally scored with the crime drama "Black Mass." The R-rated film took in a strong $23 million at the box office this weekend, for second place behind "Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials."

Principal photography on Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is now underway in South Africa, and as we confirmed previously by way of returning cast member Ali Larter , this will be the final installment of the ongoing Resident Evil film franchise . And with shooting commencing across the globe, Screen Gems has announced the full cast for the film that will again be directed by Paul W.S. Anderson , who also wrote the screenplay for the video game sequel.
