Veteran American director Brian De Palma said on Wednesday at the Venice Film Festival that his advice to young filmmakers is they must never give up, but they also need luck and a sense of humour in order to succeed. IFC Midnight has acquired North American rights to Travis Z's "Cabin Fever," a reboot of Eli Roth 's 2002 film of the same name that was co-written and executive produced by Roth.
