U.K. pay TV giant BSkyB has unveiled a new drama for its Sky Living channel that will star big-name British talent and be directed by one of the driving forces behind Danish hit series The Killing . Timothy Spall , who triumphed at this year's Cannes , winning the Best Actor Award for Mike Leigh 's Mr. Turner , will take the lead in The Enfield Haunting , a three-part poltergeist drama based on real events that took place in a house in North London in 1977.

The show has been dipping into other entertainment properties a good bit of late, with last year's Lego episode and upcoming crossovers with Family Guy and Futurama .

What scares George A. Romero, the director credited with creating the modern zombie horror genre with his landmark "Night of the Living Dead"? The New York-born Romero, who moved to Toronto about a decade ago after marrying a Canadian, didn't elaborate on why the controversial mayor gives him the shivers, but he's pretty clear that current horror movies aren't rattling him. There are "very few horror films that I think are worth their salt," says Romero, who has directed several other "Dead" movies as well as "Creepshow" and the Stephen King-inspired "Monkey Shines," among others.
