Let the Rob Zombie bashing begin. We've got our first look at the trailer for the divisive director's latest effort, The Lords of Salem, and although I'm not a big fan of his, I have to admit it at least looks visually stunning. The movie stars Sheri Moon Zombie (of course) as a radio DJ who plays a mysterious record that seems to resurrect a coven of 17th century witches.

Director Scott Stewart's first two films -- Legion and Priest -- were attractive, promising genre flicks that ultimately disappointed on both a creative and commercial level. It turns out we'll find out fairly soon if the third time's the charm for Stewart, as his next movie, Dark Skies, is now scheduled for release on February 22, 2013. Dark Skies stars Keri Russell and Josh Hamilton as a suburban couple who must protect their son (played by Dakota Goyo from Real Steel) against an alien disguised as a human who's targeted the boy for abduction. February is a pretty quick turnaround for the movie, since Russell was just cast in July and filming occurred only last month, so hopefully this fast track is a good sign that the studio is optimistic about the outcome.
