Although we’ve been inundated with horror remakes in recent years, Silent House — a remake of last year’s real-time, single-shot Uruguayan film The Silent House (La Casa Muda) — is somewhat understandable, given few people in the US have seen the original. Filming will take place this summer, with a release planned for 2013. Consider yourself warned, MPAA.
