In an age where long-developed sequels and movies-turned-tv-shows are bombing left and right, Ash vs Evil Dead defied the odds and showed 'em all how it's done with a rip-roaring first season that delivered the goods fans spent decades demanding, while still giving the series breathing room to grow into a fearsome, bloody beast all its own.
