When Bates Motel came to its conclusion in Season 4, fans were left with their jaws hanging open, as the drama finally took a huge plunge into the waters that will connect this origin story to Psycho . Season 5 appears as if it will be a reimagining of how things played out in Robert Bloch's novel and Alfred Hitchcock's famed adaptation, and the show will soon introduce its take on the film's "hero" Sam Loomis, and recent Walking Dead star Austin Nichols has been tapped to take on the iconic role.

Death Waltz Recording Company will reissue a double-vinyl version of the score to David Lynch's 1992 film Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me on January 25th. US composer and longtime David Lynch collaborator Angelo Badalamenti, who also scored Mulholland Drive and the Twin Peaks series, crafted the influential ambient soundtrack, which appeared on CD, vinyl and cassette in the '90s.
