The Tooting Arts Club production of Sweeney Todd : The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim , book by Hugh Wheeler from an adaptation by Christopher Bond , directed by Bill Buck hurst, begins performances tonight, February 14, 2017 and officially opens on March 1, 2017 at the Barrow Street Theatre . Tickets are now on sale through August 13, 2017.

Whoa boy, I honestly did not see this coming at all. Back in the 1980s and 1990s I used to absolutely love Swamp Thing , so it's awesome that NetherRealm was able to tap into DC's lesser-used hero stash to pull this classic character out for Injustice 2 .

In a review for Poltergeist II: The Other Side , I kinda blasted it for coming across like warmed-up leftovers. Aside from a few notable inclusions - Will Sampson, incredible FX work from some of the then-hottest names in the biz - it plays like a rehash of the first film just not nearly as good.

Today, Injustice series director and NetherRealm Studios head Ed Boon announced the addition of a popular 80s DC character to the game's already impressive roster.

Almost four decades after Sydney Mines was briefly known as Valentine Bluff, a Cape Breton-raised podcaster is celebrating the former mining town's role in a classic horror movie. So many Nova Scotians don't know that a world-class-horror film was shot right here in Cape Breton.
