Dave Alexander, former Editor-in-Chief of Rue Morgue , and a crew of merry misfits have just launched the multi-media brand Untold Horror , which currently lives as a multi-part documentary series that interviews some of the biggest names in the horror genre to find out just what happened to those films that never came to be. Currently, they've got interviews with Takeshi Miike , John Landis , George A. Romero , William Lustig , Richard Raaphoorst , and more.

The gorilla in Kong: Skull Island is three times bigger than any King Kong we've previously seen on screen. Considering how often modern blockbusters try to out do each other with the scale of their spectacle, the longstanding Hollywood axiom that "Bigger is Better" has never been truer.

" Jessica Lange is being honored with a lifetime achievement award from a Rhode Island theater group. The Trinity Repertory Company says it will award the actress its Pell Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Arts at a ceremony at Providence's WaterFire Arts Center on May 22. Lange made her film debut in a 1976 version of "King Kong" and went on to play a wide variety of roles in film and TV and on the stage.

The Trinity Repertory Company, a theatre group from Rhode Island, said it will award the actress its Pell Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Arts at a ceremony at Providence's WaterFire Arts Centre on May 22. The actress made her film debut in a 1976 version of King Kong and went on to play a wide variety of roles in film, TV and on the stage. She has won two Academy Awards, three Emmys, five Golden Globes and one Tony Award.

As Mary Clancey of Saint Clair tipped the scales at more than 350 pounds, she finally discovered it wasn't fat but a tumor the size of a person . Clancey is half the woman she used to be now that the 140-pound cyst has been surgically removed.

Charlotte actor Tim Parati has been "killed" enough times on screen in Kiefer Sutherland's "Truth or Consequences, N.M." and the 2002 horror movie "Cabin Fever," to name a couple that he has a hard time recalling each instance when put on the spot. "This is certainly the most fantastic, the most epic way that I've been killed," said Parati, 55, whose Dr. Emmett Carson met a horrific fate at the hands of Jeffrey Dean Morgan's murderous tyrant Negan toward the end of Sunday night's episode.
