Although the full impact is not yet known, based on estimates 43 per cent of the county's schools would be 'worse off', according to East Sussex County Council. Overall funding for schools is set to increase by 2.7 per cent but county council officers suggested the new national funding formula favoured larger schools.

CAST members from Studley Operatic Society, which will be performing Sweeney Todd, will be getting a masterclass in how to give a perfect wet shave. The group's Sweeney, Paul Mitchell, will be taught a few moves by Britain's best wet shaving barber finalist Haider Alsohaini, of Bella Barba on Evesham Rd. On the show, they said: "We can't promise Johnny Depp but we can promise some intriguing twists, turns and surprises... and some interestingly made pies."

The first episode of Feud: Bette and Joan did a lot of heavy lifting. There was maybe too much exposition at points and things began to seriously lag, but that pilot was all about table setting.

But it's " Get Out " that we should be celebrating: Jordan Peele's horror satire crossed the coveted $100 million threshold, the second non-franchise film to do so this year after M. Night Shyamalan's "Split."

Thus spake Joan Crawford in "Feud: Bette and Joan," Ryan Murphy's juicy FX miniseries that revisits the notorious - and probably overhyped - rivalry between Crawford and Bette Davis, and their joint effort, when they were both in their mid-50s, to make a comeback in the horror classic "What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?" "Feud," which stars Jessica Lange as Crawford and Susan Sarandon as Davis, promises to be a delicious dive into Hollywood during the interregnum between its Golden Age and the arrival of the generation personified by Steven Spielberg, George Lucas and Martin Scorsese.
