The fallout from the Harvey Weinstein scandal has been reverberating far beyond the United States' borders, and in France, where male chauvinism is ingrained in the culture, the allegations of sexual misconduct have inspired women here to speak out. Reports of rape, sexual assault and sexual harassment in France rose 25 percent in October compared to the same month a year ago, a spokesman for the French interior ministry told ABC News.

The 40-year-old actor-and-comedian has co-written the next installment of the popular franchise - which was started off by horror legend John Carpenter back in 1978 - with director David Gordon Green, and McBride admits he's very wary that he doesn't "piss people off" with his interpretation of serial killer Michael Myers. Speaking to Yahoo.com , McBride said: "I just hope that we don't f**k it up and p**s people off.

Nepotism can get you pretty far in Hollywood, and having Carl Reiner as a father was surely a benefit to Rob Reiner's career. In the end, though, the younger Reiner still went to film school and turned out some of the greatest movies of the '80s and '90s, all of his own merit.

Despite Richard declaring that Jeff 'fell from a cliff to his death while filming in New Zealand , ' he brushed it off saying: 'it could have happened to anyone.'
