Flocks of birds keep landing on the windowsills of the four-storey building - which is split into four flats - and the pesky flying rats keep finding their way inside. The beady-eyed visitors are flocking to the building in scenes not unlike those in Alfred Hitchcock horror film 'The Birds' - although fortunately they have yet to strike on a human target.
