Horror anthologies are officially back. Recent years have seen the success of The ABCs of Death and V/H/S franchises, and now we're getting a Halloween-centric set of shorts from some of the most exciting working genre filmmakers, including Neil Marshall and Lucky McKee .
Australian actor Rod Taylor has died in Los Angeles at the age of 84. Taylor was born and brought up in Sydney, and received his early training there, but he spent most of his career in Hollywood, working in film and TV. He was a suave performer who later embraced tough guy roles.

In a phone call from New York Wednesday, Janssen told me not only did she know before she read the film's script that something tragic was going to happen to Lenore -- the ex-wife of former CIA operative Bryan Mills -- she wholeheartedly embraced the idea instead of getting depressed by it.
