I'm always eyeballs deep in genre movies, but with The Meg opening this weekend I've been digging into animal-related horror films a bit more. One of the best mentioned throughout my online travels is David Cronenberg's The Fly starring Jeff Goldblum as a scientist turned Brundlefly.

In 1996, her struggle with the disorder became so intense that she became temporarily homeless after a breakdown which led her to disappear for four days.
