Here are some notable upcoming horror/suspense releases on DVD/Blu-ray that have recently been announced:

August 6:

• Magic Magic: Michael Cera takes a dark turn in this tale of a young American (Juno Temple) stuck on a Chilean island with a bunch of strangers, including Cera’s disturbed character.
• A Resurrection: Mischa Barton, Devon Sawa, and the late Michael Clarke Duncan star in the story of a troubled high school student who insists his dead brother will rise from the grave to get revenge on those who were responsible for his death.
