The long-gestating Evil Dead remake is picking up steam as each week passes, and now it’s picked up a distributor. Sony Pictures will distribute the movie in the US (and elsewhere) when it’s released — perhaps as early as Halloween 2012 (although a target date has yet to be announced). As previously reported…
