Roeg directed over a dozen feature films during his career as a filmmaker, and also worked as a camera operator and cinematographer . There's been a lot of interest in Syfy's new series, "Nightflyers," since it's adapted from "Game of Thrones" author George R.R. Martin's 1980 space-thriller novella and an eponymous 1987 big-screen movie that failed to take flight. I found the first two episodes of the 10-episode "Nightflyers" reminiscent of - and, in some ways, aspiring to be like - "Alien," Ridley Scott's 1979 outer-space horror show starring Sigourney Weaver.

Asked whether she'd have another child, Kate - who dated Michael from 1995 until their split in 2003 - said: "I definitely would, but then I think 'Oh God, I annihilated my twenties and I suddenly get a taste of freedom and annihilate myself again?' But I am open to seeing what happens..." By contrast, Kate insists she was much more boring during her younger years, revealing she was voted the "sixth most boring person" at her college and that she "didn't drink at all".
