Film crews add diffusers to lights being used to illuminate a building on upper King Street in downtown Charleston during the filming of the short-lived CBS TV series "Reckless" in March 2013. File The iconic Michael Myers' mask is presented at the Military Magnet courtyard, which serves as the mental institution where Myers is being detained in the "Halloween" movie filmed this year in Charleston.

David Cronenberg is reportedly in the early stages of developing a TV series, the first time the "A History of Violence" and "Dead Ringers" director has created an episodic narrative. Cronenberg himself revealed the news at the Venice Film Festival where he is being honored with a lifetime achievement award.
