Scott's widow lost a round in court today when a judge ruled her lawsuit alleging an affiliate of Bank of America caused her to suffer severe investment losses should be decided in arbitration. Trish Van Devere was the fifth and last wife of the Oscar-winning actor before his death nearly 11 years ago.
