The Masters of Morgan Park event hosted Round 2 of the Australian F1 & F2 Sidecar Championship, with Dave Boughen and Robbie Shorter taking the overall F1 round win, while Richard & Scott Goodale won the F2, after Mick Alton and Chrissie Clancy saw electrical problems end their race 3 prospects. Saturday qualifying held very little surprises as local hot shot and reigning F1 Champion, Dave Boughen and Robbie Shorter managed to get pole position.

"You're not hitting him hard enough" was Kubrick's note to Ryan O'Neal on the set of 1975's Barry Lyndon , where O'Neal, as the title character, thrashed Leon Vitali, the actor playing his nemesis, Lord Bullingdon. O'Neal, too modest to note that he was once an amateur boxer, recalls today with a wince that the pummeling had to be repeated in 30 takes before Kubrick was satisfied.

Musician-turned-filmmaker Rob Zombie is resurrecting his slain Firefly family for 3 From Hell , his latest horror opus currently in post-procution. Zombie took to Instagram to post new production images of stars Sheri Moon Zombie, Bill Moseley, Sid Haig and Jeff Daniel Phillips , all of which you can check out in the gallery below! Zombie's wife Sheri Moon Zombie and Bill Moseley will reprise their roles as Vera-Ellen "Baby" Firefly and Otis Driftwood, with Sid Haig also returning as the iconic Captain Spaulding.

The power went out in the south Florida city of Lake Worth early Sunday morning, and a text was sent out to residents warning of "extreme zombie activity." The city later announced on Facebook that the text was bogus.
