Yes, that's right - Kiefer William Frederick Dempsey George Rufus Sutherland is on his way to Pilton for the Glastonbury Festival . It's not one we expected but we're pretty sure there might be a record crowd at the Avalon stage when the star of 24, The Lost Boys, Young Guns, Dark City, Flatliners, The Three Musketeers and, most recently, Designated Survivor comes to Somerset.

John Lithgow turned down The Joker role twice

The 71-year-old 'Shrek' actor was wanted to play the arch-nemesis of The Caped Crusader by Burton in his 1989 movie based on the DC Comics character. Burton personally contacted Lithgow to ask him portray The Clown Prince of Crime but he told him that he wouldn't be able to do the character justice, but he admits he may have underestimated what a huge film 'Batman' was going to be.
