On the heels of the news that Han Solo directors Phil Lord and Chris Miler were off the Star Wars spinoff mere weeks away from the completion of principal photography, three names have reportedly surfaced as possible 11th hour replacements. And all three filmmakers are past colleagues of Lucasfilm.

While a fourth Jurassic Park movie was years in the making, with producer Steven Spielberg going through a number of different permutations before settling on a take from director/co-writer Colin Trevorrow , development on Jurassic World 2 has been much more swift. That's partly because Jurassic World scored $1.6 billion at the worldwide box office, but also Trevorrow and his co-writer Derek Connolly did the heavy lifting by creating new characters, new scenarios, and setting the franchise on a new path.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star is suing his ex-business managers, claiming they owe him $33 million because they allegedly mismanaged his earnings throughout the height of his acting career. The Hollywood actor's former business managers have accused him of paying a sound engineer to feed him lines on set via a hidden earpiece.

Johnny Depp's ex-business managers are fighting to subpoena his longtime reps as part of the ongoing dispute over whether the actor knew the dire state of his finances - and have made public emails they say prove their case. The actor sued Joel Mandel and The Management Group in January, claiming the firm cost him $8 million in unnecessary tax penalties and fees, loaned without permission $10 million of his money to parties close to him, secured a $12.5 million hard money loan with his residuals and failed to repay itself for a $5 million bridge loan it issued without his knowledge.

It's sometime in the near future, somewhere in New England, and climate change has caused the moon to double its orbiting frequency.
