Longtime Walking Dead director Greg Nicotero took to Instagram to reveal he's slipped an Easter egg that pays homage to the 1982 George Romero and Stephen King cult horror film Creepshow. The episode, titled "Say Yes," will see Rick and Michonne exploring a creepy carnival and encountering a walker trapped in a ticket booth.

The New York festival announced 82 of the 98 features that will play in this year's slightly slimmed-down slate. Among the entries are "Gilbert," Neil Berkeley's documentary about the comedian; "Elian," the Alex Gibney-produced documentary about the famous Cuban boy; "Frank Serpico," Antonino D'Ambrosio's film about the 1970s New York police officer; and the Houston documentary "Whitney: Can I Be Me."

More than 25 years after the last entry in the seminal cult-classic horror/comedy series, we've been blessed with the revival of Sam Rami's Evil Dead franchise. It's a long time for fans to wait, but the newest entry, the Starz television series, Ash vs Evil Dead , is well worth the wait.

The 41-year-old actress has become famous all over the globe for her role as zombie fighting heroine Alice in the 'Resident Evil' film series, and has said whilst there are more opportunities for women to shine in today's society, she believes there's still a long way to go before the playing field is completely equal. You might think an eight-part miniseries about screen legends Bette Davis and Joan Crawford butting heads and being fabulous would have little to say about modern times. Without soft-pedaling any of the fun and fabulousity of vintage Hollywood, "Feud: Bette and Joan," which premieres on FX on Sunday at 10 p.m. EST, exposes a not-so-glitzy side of Tinseltown - while framing issues all too prevalent even now.

Dave Alexander, former Editor-in-Chief of Rue Morgue , and a crew of merry misfits have just launched the multi-media brand Untold Horror , which currently lives as a multi-part documentary series that interviews some of the biggest names in the horror genre to find out just what happened to those films that never came to be. Currently, they've got interviews with Takeshi Miike , John Landis , George A. Romero , William Lustig , Richard Raaphoorst , and more.
