The comic book publisher, founded in 1992 by Rob Liefeld, Erik Larsen, Jim Lee, Whilce Portacio, Marc Silvestri, Todd McFarlane and Jim Valentino, still prides itself on being a place where writers and artists can come to take ownership of their imaginations. Image Comics was born partly out of the frustrations its founders felt while realizing they never would have ownership of any new characters they created at a major comic book publisher such as Marvel Comics or DC Comics.

How could a play with two actors and a set which comprises a theatrical trunk, two chairs, a wardrobe rail and a seemingly plain backdrop have become the phenomenon of its time, the Mousetrap of its generation? It allows our imagination to do the work and, allied to the skills of two hugely talented actors and some brilliant use of sound and lighting, it quickly becomes clear why this play has been running in the West End for approaching 30 years - as well as going on tour a dozen times during that period. The story begins with a solicitor, Arthur Kipps, consulting an actor about how he might tell his family and friends the ghost story which has haunted him for most of his adult life.

Variety reports that Paramount has delayed both movies' release dates. This is the fourth time Friday the 13th has been pushed back for unknown reasons, with the horror film previously slated for release on January 13 and then October 13, 2017 .

Award-winning actor John Lithgow is the recipient of the 2017 Harvard Arts Medal, which will be awarded by Harvard University President Drew Gilpin Faust at a ceremony on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 4 pm at the Loeb Drama Center, 64 Brattle St., Cambridge. The ceremony, presented by the Office for the Arts at Harvard and the Harvard University Board of Overseers in association with the American Repertory Theater, will include a discussion with Lithgow moderated by President Faust.

Netflix has brought online the new Stranger Things Super Bowl spot, which gives us our first look at season two!
