Who's the scariest celebrity of them all? Famous faces have been going all out for Halloween this weekend, with some frighteningly good costumes. Our favourite has to be Bette Midler, who revisited her Hocus Pocus character Winifred Sanderson for her party get-up, complete with rotten teeth and a huge hairdo.

On a recent trip to South Alabama, I planned to stop and take exterior photos of a historic plantation home I knew had been used in filming the 2004 horror movie, "Dead Birds." I had recently watched "Dead Birds" because the opening scene was filmed on the set built for the 2003 movie "Big Fish," utilizing some of the abandoned building facades that made up a small town for a bank robbery scene.
