In a celebratory art-house event at the Frida Cinema in Santa Ana, I attended a special screening of a horror film that has haunted my subconscious since childhood. Don Coscarelli's 1979 film, "Phantasm," which by now has been assimilated by legions of horror fans, was one of the most celebrated cult hits of its genre, spawning four sequels and a dedicated fan base that I was privileged to share the experience with.

Now, PCS Collectibles is about to release an equally stunning 1:4 scale Howling statue of this seminal creature work, officially licensed and approved by Bottin himself.

He amassed a small fortune while playing Harry Potter, but Daniel Radcliffe says he's barely spent a penny of the rumoured A 75 million that he earned while playing J.K. Rowling's iconic boy wizard. Radcliffe revealed that he's been pretty frugal with his cash - but is hugely appreciative of the freedom that it has provided him with.

We told you a while back that the 8th chapter in the legendary Saw franchise, the tentatively titled Saw: Legacy , would be going into production this fall; and now two new images suggest that filming has already begun. Twitter user OWSLAJosh posted the following two images, one of which is of particular interest as it features John "Jigsaw" Kramer's grave dug up, complete with coffin sitting atop a pile of dirt.

HE'S starred in a myriad of theatre, film and television productions but now Adam Ewan is bringing a taste of the industry to Swindon with a new acting school to inspire others. The 41-year-old, who now lives in Buckingham but was born and bred in Swindon and went to school in Royal Wootton Bassett , always knew he wanted to be an actor.
