The already popular mobile game Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff just got a dose of scary, thanks to popular horror characters that have been just added, appropriately, on Halloween. Bruce Campbell's chainsaw-handed hero Ash Williams, from the Evil Dead movie series and Starz' Ash vs. The Evil Dead has joined the fun, as has the creepy Billy the Puppet from the Saw franchise, and the Leprechaun from the campy Leprechaun movie series that gave one Jennifer Aniston her first big starring role.

Nearly 50 years ago, George A. Romero changed pop culture with Night of the Living Dead , a scrappy, low-budget film that would become a surprise hit and is single handedly spawn the zombie craze that's taken hold in the ensuing decades. The 1968 film saw a group of strangers trapped in a farmhouse under siege by the undead.

Actress Tippi Hedren claims that iconic movie director Alfred Hitchcock assaulted her on the sets of 1963's The Birds and 1964's Marnie . Hedren had previously spoken out about Hitchcock's behaviour towards her , but now she's documented further details in her autobiography, Tippi: A Memoir .

Michael was discussing working with Val on the 1996 movie The Ghost And The Darkness when he said that "things don't look too good for him". Michael, who was diagnosed with tongue cancer in 2010 and was given the all-clear the following year, said his friend is "dealing with exactly what I had".

Hollywood was awash with ghouls, ghosts and some slightly livelier characters as the stars went all out for Halloween this weekend. Most of the A-list seemed to be at parties celebrating the spooky holiday, and many posted pictures online for us fans to enjoy.
