Despite being devastated by the cancellation of her first television series, 2005's "Commander-in-Chief," Geena Davis is back a decade later on Fox's "The Exorcist," which premieres Friday at 9 p.m. On "Commander-in-Chief," she played the first female president on the ABC drama, which was initially celebrated by critics and viewers alike. But production issues plagued the show and viewership began to decline.

The 57-year-old actress was the original Scream Queen starring in slasher films such as 'Halloween' and 'Prom Night' at the start of her career, and now she's stepping behind the camera to helm an installment of Fox's comedy horror show - in which she also stars as Dean Cathy Munsch. 'Scream Queens' is currently filming its second series with Jamie set to take up the director's chair for episode eight.

We won't sugar-coat it. Anyone with even slightly wimpish tendencies should probably stay well clear of this spook-tacular show, unless an evening spent counting down the minutes until you can remove your hands from in front of your eyes sounds appealing.

While The Joker steals the show asking, "where does he get those wonderful toys," in the Tim Burton directed "Batman," Oct. 2 & 5, Dorothy dominates a this must not be Kansas world in "Wizard of Oz," Oct. 9 & 12. However, rolling John Carpenter's original "Halloween" on Oct. 31 and Nov. 2 should reeducate viewers on how to derive chills sans spilling any blood. For that matter, Hitchcock's "Psycho," Oct. 23 & 26, will have Janet Leigh once again checking into the Bates Motel where Anthony Perkins is consumed by the phrase, "a boy's best friend is his mother."

Certainly a scarier interview scenario than appearing on Jimmy Fallon, a very brave Hillary Clinton was interviewed by the brilliantly weird and funny Zach Galifanakis on "Between Two Ferns." The results are just as awkward and thoughtful as fans of the web series would expect.
