Over the past several months we've been covering Rock Paper Dead , a new film with quite a "dream team" behind the scenes; and now, with shooting set to begin in Los Angeles next week, word has come as to who will be in front of the cameras and it's quite an eclectic bunch! Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 writer/director James Gunn gave Vin Diesel a first look at the anticipated sequel yesterday and the actor jumped onto Facebook live to share his reaction and to talk about the characters in the film.

While summer didn't technically begin until June 20th and isn't technically over, "Summer Movie Season" is not beholden to the solstice and equinox but to The Blockbuster. Summer has long been the most lucrative season for Hollywood and so they've stretched it out to start earlier each year.

Last we heard anything about it was back in May, but now actor Kevin Bacon has confirmed that the ten episode event series based on the 1990 cult classic "Tremors" is moving forward at Amazon Studios. Bacon, who can be seen in the Amazon Studios pilot "I Love Dick," will star in and executive produce the series which is being produced by Blumhouse and Universal Cable Productions and will potentially ignore the straight-to-video sequels to the original.

RottenTomatoes.com and TV Guide have both listed the upcoming season of American Horror Story as "The Mist", finally solving the mystery behind this coming season's theme. Now we know a little more of what to expect when it premieres on September 14. For those not in the know, all of the previous seasons have had set themes, usually set within a location like Murder House, Asylum, Coven, Freak Show and Hotel.

De Ravin was boarding a flight from L.A. on Thursday when her breast-pump carry-on bag was "ripped out" of her hand by the flight attendant. Australian actress Emilie De Ravin has taken to social media to demand that American Airlines "dismiss" one of their employees after an attendant used "physical force" to remove a breast-pump carry-on flight bag from her while boarding the plane.

Tim Curry movies are always a treat, because it's a guarantee you'll be seeing some top-notch acting, which notably includes a VERY defined laugh. Tim Curry laughs in a very recognizable way, so much so that you can tell when Curry is on screen just by his laugh alone! From The Rocky Horror Picture Show, to It, to Home Alone, Tim Curry laughing in movies happens a lot more than you might think - so much so that we were able to source an entire supercut just on his laughs alone.

Doctors are being urged to call off further strike dates over the imposition of a controversial new contract, with some calling the decision "disappointing". Junior doctors have announced they will stage additional full walkouts between 8am and 5pm on October 5, 6, 7, 10 and 11, November 14 to 18 and December 5 to 9. The extra strike dates come on top of the five days of action set out on Wednesday, which will take place from September 12 to 16. The Government is facing fresh calls to accelerate action on the refugee crisis on the anniversary of the death of a Syrian boy whose image prompted a global outcry.
