When Cronenberg comes up in discussion among horror fans, THE DEAD ZONE doesn't get quite as much attention as Cronenberg's more esoteric and bizarre offerings. In fact, THE DEAD ZONE is almost a perpetually overlooked title among the director's impressive oeuvre, despite being as scary as any film the Canadian Master of Horror has ever crafted.

A night of mayhem comes to the Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel when rock icons Rob Zombie and Danzig, with special guest Witch Mountain, perform Oct. 30. Zombie has a reputation for stretching the boundaries of both music and film. This year alone, he has put out a new concert album, "Spookshow International Live," which features 19 live performances that he selected from shows recorded during last year's world tour.

Jessica Biel is all set to launch an online sex education series to help women understand how their body functions Inspired by questions she had faced while trying to conceive, the Total Recall star has teamed up with activist Saundra Pelletier to educate women on how their bodies work, reports a website. Now the mother of five-month-old Silas Randal, Biel recalls what a confusing time it was for her when she got off birth control, and was left with questions like "I've been on the pill for so long; how hard will it be to get pregnant?" "Suddenly I realised I really didn't know what's going on inside my own body," Biel, 33, said adding, "It was shocking."

Xander Berkeley has been cast in season six of AMC's "The Walking Dead," an individual with knowledge of the casting told TheWrap. Berkeley's role in the series is currently unknown, but fans are speculating he will play a character based on Negan, a major antagonist from the graphic novels.

Envision Media Arts and National Bank of Canada have announced a $50 million credit facility that will enable EMA to fund theatrical motion pictures in the $5 million to $25 million range. The deal includes a bridge facility which will allow EMA to confirm talent and start prep in advance of the close of the completion bond.
