Find out at a free talk on film classification at the Basingstoke Discovery Centre, Festival Place , on Monday, March 2. The talk will be preceded by a screening of the hugely successful 2012 British horror film The Woman in Black, starring Daniel Radcliffe. Heidi Renton from the British Board of Film Classification will explain and dissect the legal and ethical considerations on which these decisions are based, with the opportunity for questions and discussion.

We have very sad news to report from The New York Times : Leonard Nimoy , Star Trek 's Mr. Spock for almost 50 years, has died. Nimoy's wife, Susan Bay Nimoy, told the Times the cause of death was "end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease."
