Here's a batch of new trailers for horror/suspense movies set for release in the upcoming weeks:

  • Cabin Fever: Patient Zero: The third film in the flesh-eating disease series is set on a remote Caribbean island that's home to a mysterious research facility. It hits theaters on August 1, 2014 (on demand June 26).
  • Anna: In the vein of The Cell or Inception, Mark Strong stars as a police detective whose ability to enter the minds of suspects leads him into the head of a girl (Taissa Farmiga) accused of an attempted triple homicide. It lands in theaters on June 6. 
  • Coherence: In this sci fi thriller, a group of friends have their reality altered by an astronomical anomaly. It gets a theatrical release starting June 20.
  • The Human Race: Eighty people are abducted and forced to participate in a foot race with a specific set of rules, but only the winner is allowed to survive. It's available in theaters and on demand on June 13.
