The Conjuring was a runaway success last summer, earning $137 million in the US -- a particularly impressive feat given it was, well, the summer rather than the typical Halloween horror stomping grounds -- and thus Warner Brothers has decided to bleed it dry capitalize on that success by releasing not only a sequel, but also a spinoff about the creepy doll named Annabelle that's featured in the B-story.

Auditions for the CADOS production of Little Shop of Horrors take place at Chorley Little Theatre on Sunday, March 2. The musical about a killer plant is best known for the 1980s movie and the society are looking for stage equivalents to Rick Moranis and Steve Martin, in their first full-blown musical for five years.
